| Recent policy changes within the local school districts have resulted in Cinco Ranch Pediatrics being inundated with rolling requests for additional documentation regarding athletic and daycare/school participation. In response, Cinco Ranch Pediatrics must now institute a $5 charge for any form needing completion by Dr. Lentsch. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
